Masemo is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in implementing projects, strategies, and expertise in mental health in the Great Lakes region. Passionate about population and community health, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Université Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs (ULPGL) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. With extensive expertise and experience in mental health program management, psychosocial support, and population health, he has successfully led impactful initiatives with multiplier effects in public health.
